The conference is now SOLD OUT, the on-line registration form has been disabled. BUT the post-conference courses have seats available. A wait list has been created for the conference itself. If you are planning to register for the post-conference courses and are coming from out of town we strongly suggest you call or email us to ensure there are still seats available BEFORE you make any travel arrangements.
